Jeff did a fantastic job putting our home on the Internet. He took very good pictures that represented our home very well. He was able to get our home sold very quickly. Our home was listed with other realtors for over a year without any results. With Jeff, we had a final offer on our home and closed within three months of listing. I definately recommend Jeff and we will get the word out to people we know who are selling their homes. I'm sure they too will have a very positive experience.

Friendly? Check. Knowledgeable? Check. Helpful? Check. All-around great guy? Check. Excellent at his job? Check. I could go on for a while, but I think you get the point by now. Jeff is a superb asset to have in your corner when purchasing a home. I have dealt with a LOT of realtors in my life—having sold and purchased a few properties as well as having worked as an agent. Working with Jeff was honestly the first time that it wasn't a total waste of time. After having an agent fail to sell my home in Wappingers Falls last year (she didn't get 1 offer in six months), Jeff sent me several letters trying to convince me that he could correct what the last agent was doing wrong. I didn't believe him, but I finally decided to give him a shot, because he was persistent and knowledgable. He sat down with me and very clearly explained what his plan was. He priced my home and used all his tech-savvy and experience to have actual serious buyers look at my home (no window shoppers). He sent weekly reports and lots of feedback which helped us know what tweaks would help. It took less than ninety days to get an offer at close to our asking price. We accepted and closed yesterday. Also, Jeff's fee was only 4% because he found the buyer. I promise you that Jeff is the only agent you will need to work with if you are serious about selling your home.

Jeff was excellent from start to finish. He was knowledgable, reassuring, helpful, and on task at all times. Whether I had a question at 7am or 8pm...he responded always. After working with a another broker, we found Jeff via the internet and property he was representing. Jeff listened to out needs, respected our budget, was patient and persistent not pushy. He never encouraged us to go above our budget, in fact would send us proprieties under our budget for us to consider. We always felt like he was more concerned with helping us find a long-term home than quick sale. All calls and emails were quickly answered, no question too small. He was a great agent and made this process much easier.

Jeff was awesome. We had another realtor prior to Jeff. I am so happy we found Jeff not only did we find a home but we were able to sell our condo. Jeff was very quick with responding to any emails or texts. If he didn't know the answer he would find out. Good experience we would definitely recommend him to others.
